Once a year at Luther College a morning's chapel is dedicated to lifesaving, where the newest bronzies and those existing members who have re qualified their bronze are recognized and presented with lifesaving badges. I was lucky enough to be at Luther College on Tuesday morning for this years annual lifesaving presentation chapel. Luke Foster and Luke Phillips ran the ceremonies and made fantastic speeches about Inverloch, the bronze camp, friendship and what it means to be a lifesaver. I was really impressed with both of these boys, showing off their leadership skills. I especially enjoyed Phillips' singing! Daniel Dalgleish was presented with his most improved award for season 08/09, and Sam Suke and Daniel Dalgleish were recognized for patrolling over 60 hours last summer. Thanks to Luther for having me, I was really happy that I could
be there for the presentations.
